Mineola, NY. Grant-Guys Inc. is proud to announce the award of an firefighter personal protective equipment in the amount of $153,000. PPE includes NFPA compliant pants, coats, boots, gloves, hoods and helmets. The equipment will replace worn and unsafe items over ten years of age.

This is the third federal award for the department having been awarded a vehicle in 2023 and SCBA in the AFG-FEMA program. This award brings West Nyack’s combined award to one million dollars in three consecutive cycles.

The award includes the federal reimbursement of grant writing expenses.
